Julian Dicks, nicknamed “The Terminator”, is a former West Ham and Liverpool defender known as a hard man on the pitch. He scored 10 goals for West Ham in the 1995-96 season, which is the best return for a defender in the Premier League. He was voted West Ham's Player of the Year four times between 1990 and 1997. He also signed for Liverpool in 1993 and remained there for a year. Julian is back in the UK after retiring to Spain and is now the manager of Grays. He is quite a shy character (unlike his playing character!) and is an excellent golfer and will undertake certain jobs if speaking is required. He prefers to work with Tony Gale.
