Former footballer for various clubs now a football pundit and participant in “I'm a Celebrity - Get Me out of Here”.
Date of birth: 9th May 1968 (Tooting).
League career: 1985-86 & 1988-89; Tottenham Hotspur 1985-88 & 1992-93; Southampton 1989-1992; Liverpool 1993-97; QPR 1997-98; West Ham United 1998-2000.

After a long reign at many high profile clubs, Neil finished his auspicious career at Swindon Town as player-coach. A successful defender known to most as “Razor”, renowned for being a powerful and effective defender, strong in the air and able to dominate the defence both with his skill and presence.

Never one to be classed as shy and retiring, Neil's jovial nature is one that is notorious both on and off the pitch. Captain of all of the clubs he has played for he has also scored his fair share of goals.

Neil's love of football means that although no longer playing he has just completed his FIFA B Coaching badge and is hoping to continue within the field he loves.

Neil has appeared on all the main high profile football programmes - Soccer AM, Question of Sport, Interview with Jimmy Hill and Blankety Blank! He was also commissioned to be the sports pundit for the Big Breakfast and was nominated for an award at the British Television Awards 2000.

Neil was part of Talksport's build-up to the weekend's big kick-off each Saturday as a pundit on Football First Early Kick off. He also joined Lee Clayton every Sunday morning for The Sports Breakfast show.

Finally his autobiography was hugely successful and he has also taken part in a number of charitable golf days helping raise their profile and awareness.
